Celebrating My One Year Blogaversary

In contrast to other one-year-old blogs that have hundreds of posts and even more readers, my blog is more like a toddler learning to take her first steps. I’m still working on my footing, and I stumble more often than not. In fact, it wasn’t that long ago that I wrote a good-bye post. I could never bring myself to hit “publish”, and last week I deleted the post entirely. Though my one year blog anniversary is not worthy of great fanfare, it means a great deal to me that I am actually still here to celebrate.

And it means a great deal to me that you have joined me on this journey. Thank you for patiently hanging in there with me and for your words of encouragement along the way. Perhaps in the next year you’ll be able to watch me run.

In hope,
Shelli
