After being cooped up all week, I was ready for a little adventure. Along came a beautiful Spring day, so a drive to the water seemed like the perfect way to spend the afternoon.
My camera came along for ride, too. And I was a happy girl.
Graces abounded. Naturally, I counted them and gave thanks to God.

- Blue Water Bridge – I crossed this bridge hundreds of times growing up as we frequently visited my grandparents (known as Grandma and Grandpa Canada) in Ontario. Oh, the special memories.
- watching a freighter pass
- ice floating by
- my kids. . . incredible blessings every day
- dinner and ice cream . . . the perfect ending to a perfect day
- signs of Spring
- first family walk of the year
- A summer-like Sunday!
- Spring is here to stay!
- birds singing joyously

I don’t know the personality of your kids, but I like all of those shots of them. The last one, with the two of them profile and the bridge in the background, looks like a shot of two young models for a travel or clothing brochure. They are gorgeous!
